Making a donation to the Georgia Transplant Foundation is a meaningful way to honor or to remember someone special.

Donate in Honor or Memory of Someone Special

Your gift reflects your desire to make a lasting impact on the lives of others, just as your honoree has done for you. We thank you for your gift in honor of a special person or occasion, or in memory of a loved one.

For Memorials and Honorariums, please provide us with:

  • Name of the person the donation is in honor or memory of.
  • Name and address of person who should be notified of your gift.
  • Name and address of donor and who should be listed on the notification card.

Georgia Transplant Foundation will promptly send a personalized card to the person or family indicated, notifying them of your thoughtful donation. Every gift is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law and the donor will receive an acknowledgement for his or her donation.
